My first post. I’m not really sure where I’m going with this, but I know I love photography. My goal is that I post one picture a day. Keyword there, goal. lol.
I chose today’s photo because nothing symbolizes a new start like the sun. Especially a sunrise, but alas this is a sunset! I tried to position the sun in various locations on the picture, but ultimately, I decided that the sun should be the focal point. The location of the sun in reference to the mountains makes it even better.
I did some photo adjustments on this picture, mainly because I wanted to capture the golden color of the sun but not lose the blue in the clouds. I did use HDR to make this image show a little more details in the darker areas, however I did not capture multiple exposures, rather I used a single RAW file to generate the exposures.

Thanks Grant. I was actually playing around with layer masking which led to the watermark. I hope I can make a month! haha.
